Are you planning to do some serious overclocking of this new system, if not, the EVGA Classified 3 and the Asus Rampage III board are overkill, they are designed for overclockers in mind.
If you are planning to Overclocking your system, i personally would take the EVGA board over the ASUS,
EVGA
Product Warranty: This product comes with a Limited Lifetime warranty with registration within 30 days of purchase.
EVGA are also brilliant if something goes wrong with there hardware, there support is great.
ASUS
Warranty: 3 Years
Personally if you can wait i would wait until April when the makes of the Intel boards push the new SandyBirdge boards out, ( they are out now but are under major recall due to an Intel Chip fault )
The new i7 SandyBridge CPU's are faster than the standard i7 cores and run alot cooler.
